Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to join our vibrant restaurant team! In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant environment. Your enthusiasm for food, hospitality, and team leadership will drive the success of our establishment. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety protocols Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods and special events Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels. Train new team members on food handling, cooking techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures Support management in budgeting, cost control, and implementing operational policies Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all food production areas Assist with hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff development initiatives Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food production and timely service in both quick service & fast food or fine dining environments Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development and team management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including inventory control and food safety compliance Previous experience working in casual dining, quick service & fast food restaurants, or hotel/banquet settings is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive team environment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
