Made to Order Holdings is a privately owned franchisee of the Whataburger family, and we're new to the Atlanta area. We're looking for motivated leaders that can grow with our brand. We're hiring Restaurant Managers who will carry on the legacy of Whataburger's bold flavors and commitment to customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the success of the restaurant by ensuring our guests receive a memorable Whataburger experience, while fostering a supportive and engaging environment for your team. QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience 1+ years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, food service or relevant supervisor / management experience required. A valid driver's license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills. Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more Food Handlers Certification / Food Safety Certification (requirements vary based on geography) You'll be working for a new franchise that is looking for strong performers that we can invest in.
