In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in maintaining a high-performing, efficient, and welcoming environment. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and supervision to deliver outstanding customer experiences Manage food preparation processes, including cooking, food handling, and food safety compliance Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, staff deployment, and ensuring timely service delivery Conduct staff interviews, training & development sessions to build a skilled and motivated team Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and implementing strategies for revenue growth Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, catering services, banquets, or bar operations as needed Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a strong background in food service management Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership capabilities in hospitality or restaurant management roles Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management strategies Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Previous assistant manager or management experience in a hospitality setting preferred Ability to train staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment Knowledge of kitchen operations including food production and kitchen management processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences!
