This energetic role is perfect for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a key leader on the shift, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive operational excellence to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your leadership will inspire your team to perform at their best while maintaining smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Duties Supervise and coordinate all activities during the PM shift, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards. Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, POS system operation (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols. Oversee food production processes, including cooking, food handling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Manage cash handling procedures, perform shift closing duties, and reconcile sales using POS systems. Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency, quality control, and safety; supervise food safety management practices and sanitation standards. Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated team. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement; assist with budgeting and inventory management. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming environment. Enforce compliance with all food industry regulations, including food safety standards and hospitality guidelines. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and transaction processing. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, interviewing, and leadership development. Solid understanding of food safety management practices, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles in hospitality environments; capable of managing hospitality teams effectively. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, inventory counting, and financial reporting. Experience working in casual dining or fine dining establishments; catering or banquet experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead shift management activities confidently from opening to closing procedures.
