Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic food service operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant and catering services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage daily restaurant operations to deliver memorable dining experiences in both casual and banquet settings. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Educate, train, and delegate job responsibilities to F&B Staff.
- Recruit, supervise, train, develop, hire, fire, and retain food and beverage staff.
- Monitor the compliance of all food & beverage staff members with the standard operating procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, bar, and storage areas.
- Oversee the purchase of food and beverages for the restaurant and beverage cart, ensuring that all inventory items are properly received, including weight, quality, and/or count, and noting the same on receiving documents.
- Weekly Food orders
- Weekly Beer orders
- Weekly Non-Alcoholic (N/A) Beverage orders
- Weekly Wine Orders
- Maintain proper inventory records and determining appropriate inventory quantities.
- Compliance with all governmental (Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC)) food and health regulations.
- Determining the menus and pricing to attain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) objectives.
- Ensure proper preparation and presentation of foods for consistency and portion control.
- Minimize spoilage and theft.
- Oversee the following: o Submit the gratuity sheet to the payroll administrator by Monday of the payroll week.
- Successfully market and represent the club
- Perform annual reviews for all Food and Beverage Employees
- Weekly scheduling of Food and Beverage Employees
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- The opening and closing of the restaurant according to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
- Budget time between golf and grille outings
- Monthly inventory reports for food, N/A beverage, beer, wine, and liquor.
Pay:
$46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
