As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager who can help strengthen our team, drive sales, build guest loyalty, and continue establishing Green Coyote as a favorite neighborhood destination. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who understands that great restaurants are built through exceptional guest experiences, strong team development, operational excellence, and community involvement. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established restaurant with tremendous growth potential and help shape its future success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
  • Build a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
  • Develop future leaders and create opportunities for advancement
  • Foster employee engagement and retention Sales Growth & Guest Engagement
  • Drive guest counts, repeat business, and local awareness
  • Build relationships within the community
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional programs
  • Create memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and referrals Operations Management
  • Oversee all Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety expectations are met
  • Maintain operational consistency and accountability
  • Lead by example through a strong floor presence Financial Performance
  • Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses
  • Analyze business performance and implement action plans
  • Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability
  • Execute operational and financial goals
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Full-service restaurant experience required
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Proven success in developing teams and driving results
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Passion for hospitality and community engagement
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
    Competitive Salary:
    $65,000 - $80,000
