The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, leadership, staff development, and restaurant financial performance. Responsibilities Manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction Lead, train, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety compliance Oversee scheduling, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Monitor financial performance including sales, budgeting, payroll, and profitability Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies Drive team morale and create a positive workplace culture Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of employees Implement strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality or restaurant industry Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant operations Knowledge of budgeting, labor management, and inventory control Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred ServSafe or food safety certification preferred Preferred Traits Hands-on leadership style Strong customer service mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Results-driven with a focus on guest experience and profitability Hours up to 60 hours per week
