About Us Bad Gyal Vegan is the world's first Caribbean fusion vegan restaurant — bold, creative, and rooted in authenticity. Founded by Chef Chyna Love, our mission is to deliver fresh, flavorful, plant-based meals while creating a vibrant, empowering work culture. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure both locations uphold Bad Gyal Vegan's high standards of quality, service, and vibe. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and maintain efficiency. Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering for both sites. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards. Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability. Foster a positive, respectful team culture aligned with company values. Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Communicate regularly with ownership and kitchen leadership to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience required (multi-location experience a plus). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of restaurant financials, labor cost management, and operations. Must be available full-time and willing to commute between both locations . Reliable transportation required. Passion for plant-based or vegan cuisine is a plus!
