Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the overall management of the restaurant. Your enthusiasm for food service and hospitality will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift transitions Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to maintain high-quality standards Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Train and develop team members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures Supervise kitchen activities, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Support budgeting efforts by managing labor costs, sales targets, and operational expenses Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Experience Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining environments Demonstrated supervising experience with a strong background in team management and staff training Hands-on knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food production management Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles within the food industry are highly desirable Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
