This role is ideal for a hands on restaurant leader who knows how to build a team, control costs, maintain standards, and create a consistently strong guest experience. The right person will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and taking accountability for the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the restaurant's day to day operation and ensure the business runs efficiently
  • Recruit, coach, and develop managers and hourly employees
  • Build an accountable team focused on service, execution, and results
  • Monitor labor, food, inventory, and operating expenses to protect profitability
  • Review financial and operating results and take corrective action when needed
  • Manage purchasing, inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls
  • Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Ensure all food safety and operational procedures are followed consistently
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance
  • Establish clear expectations for the management team and follow through on results
  • Support the launch of a new restaurant, including preparation, staffing, training, and opening execution
  • Continue improving the operation following opening and help establish sustainable growth What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • 2 or more years as a General Manager in QSR or another high volume restaurant environment strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant financials, including P&L, COGS, food cost, and labor management
  • Demonstrated experience with inventory controls, ordering, scheduling, and staffing optimization
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment
  • Strong communication and decision making skills
  • Willingness to travel for training and other business needs
  • Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Self directed leadership style with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
