Seeking Kitchen Manager for Midtown restaurant.
Duties include:
  • control of food cost and inventory
  • ensuring quick ticket times
  • scheduling and labor cost control
  • front of the house management
  • food safety and handling
  • leading back of the house and front of the house team Benefits include paid vacation, health insurance.
Compensation is highly competitive.
