_ 755 Restaurant Corp dba Popeyes, a medium-sized business operating thirty (30) Quick-Serve restaurants in the metro-Atlanta, GA area is continuously building our extraordinary leadership team of restaurant managers. Our mission, culture, and values are centered around serving and supporting the communities in which we operate. As a manager, you are responsible for supporting the hands-on day-to-day operation of the restaurant with oversight of the restaurant team to help create a wonderful customer service experience for our customers. We are looking for hard-working, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and needs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures Manage and train a team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining food quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working condition Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and sanitation guidelines Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. General Managers average 50 hours/week; Assistant Managers average 48 hours/week; Shift Managers average 40 hours/week
