Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Shop General Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and team success! This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive business growth. As a key leader, you'll foster a vibrant, fast-paced environment where quality and service are at the forefront. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards. Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives. Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high quality and consistency across all menu items. Manage inventory control to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure product freshness. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system operation such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and daily reconciliation. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous sanitation standards. Coordinate shift schedules, supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensure excellent customer service at all times. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices. Experience supervising staff training programs and developing team members' skills. Background in hospitality or restaurant management with exposure to casual dining or banquet settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interview candidates, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive team atmosphere.
