Job Overview We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure our guests enjoy top-notch service. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with experience in food service management and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Duties Assist in managing restaurant operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Support food preparation and kitchen activities, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and minimizing waste. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Train new staff members on food safety procedures, customer service standards, and operational protocols. Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Contribute to budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and overall food service management to meet business goals. Experience Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience in quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and food safety management. Knowledge of hospitality management practices including team leadership, training & development, and shift management. Background in casual dining or fine dining environments is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
