Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Assistant Deli Manager at the Kaka'ako location. As the Assistant Deli Manager, you will support the Deli Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality and freshness of products, and providing excellent customer service. Experience Assistant Deli Manager, Manager II - Minimum of six months previous supervising experience preferred. Minimum of six months previous cooking experience, good knife skills preferred. Basic cooking, able to follow recipes and measurements accurately. Previous natural foods retail experience preferred. Skills Each product has its own story, benefits and uses. Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department. Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner. Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers. Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.
