This position offers full-time opportunities with flexible AM and PM shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of managing and leading a successful team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
