This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving financial performance, developing team members, and maintaining the welcoming, community-focused atmosphere our guests know and love. Bluetree Café offers a relaxed environment centered around quality coffee, fresh food, and a welcoming space where guests can connect, work, or unwind. We are looking for a leader who enjoys building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and being actively involved in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across both café locations Lead, hire, train, schedule, and develop team members Ensure consistent product quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and overall financial performance Monitor sales performance and support business growth initiatives Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company standards Handle guest concerns and foster a positive team environment Qualifications Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality management experience required Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and business performance Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food safety standards and basic kitchen operations Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach to leadership Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Join the Bluetree Café team and help lead a welcoming, community-focused environment where guests and team members alike can thrive.
