Fulltime, Online Responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce OSHA, food safety, and sanitation standards across interior and exterior premises; maintain a clean, organized store.
Financial & Operations Management:
Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, schedule shifts, track budgets, and control labor, COGS, utilities, and controllable expenses.
Maintain service standards, engage guests directly, handle complaints, and report improvements to HQ.
Admin & Reporting:
Manage invoices, daily bank deposits, time records, month-end duties, and regular reporting to the operations team/HQ.
Key Requirements & Conditions:
Professional English fluency; knowledge of OSHA, food safety, and alcohol laws; flexible schedule (AM/PM, weekends, holidays); hands-on work in varied kitchen temperatures/environments; potential relocation as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience & Technical Skills:
3+ years Back of House (cooking, prep, basic techniques, knife skills) and 2+ years management/supervisory experience.
Certifications & Compliance:
Current ServSafe or HI DOH food safety certification; TB clearance (Hawaii) or Food Handler Card (Washington); eligible to serve alcohol.
Administrative & Computer Skills:
Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook; proven management track record; strong direction-following ability.
Physical & Technical Demands:
Constant standing/walking; frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40-50 lbs; comfortable working in extreme temperature environments (kitchen/freezer).
Equipment Mastery:
Ability to operate and clean both BOH machinery (sushi robots, rice washers/mixers, meat grinders, fryers) and FOH technology (POS systems, cash registers, seating software, beverage/miso dispensers).
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
