Job Description

Formally The Cattle Company Base:
$75-78k (or tell us what it would take) + bonus + benefits that start the first of the month after you start).
Hours:
We open at 11:00 AM Daily and close at 10:00 PM, 9:00 PM on
Sunday Work Week:
5 10-hour shifts per week. 2 days in a row, probably in the middle of the week. Real chefs butcher and cook real food. FOH Managers don't run kitchen shifts. We promote from within. We promote from within. The VP Ops, the DO and the General Manager have been promoted from within. No franchise.
Ideal candidate:
At least 3 years' current Manager in a full-service (full bar) chain restaurant chain with table-service doing at least $4M in yearly sales.
Location:
Must live on Oahu
