Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including operations, guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability. This role leads, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members while ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and brand excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food/labor cost controls Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies Partner with district and corporate leadership to achieve business goals Job Requirements & Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, squat, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexibility to work extended and/or irregular hours as business needs require Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work safely around kitchen and food preparation equipment Minimum Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required 2+ years of successful management experience in restaurant or retail environments Proven experience supervising hourly and management-level employees Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with basic computer applications, email, and point-of-sale systems Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Ready to Join the Team?
