Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a dynamic team of food service professionals. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming environment for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while managing all aspects of restaurant management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead and supervise food service teams, including front-of-house staff, kitchen personnel, and support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality culinary standards. Manage restaurant functions such as shift scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to optimize profitability. Enforce sanitation procedures and food safety regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues effectively. Coordinate with culinary teams on menu planning, food production, and special event catering or banquet services. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, sales tracking, and financial reporting to support operational efficiency. Experience Proven management experience in the food industry with a strong background in restaurant management or hospitality management. Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety management, sanitation procedures, and culinary techniques. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and leadership within hospitality teams. Experience with managing food service operations including kitchen management, cost control, and financial oversight. Familiarity with managing diverse food service environments such as catering, banquets, or dietary departments is a plus. Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry trends along with excellent customer service skills. Prior experience with POS systems, shift management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
