As a General Manager, you are the leader of the restaurant - responsible for building a high-performing team and creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-first service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management Hire, train, and retain top talent Drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability Enforce compliance with company policies and local laws Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
Qualifications:
2+ years of GM-level QSR or hospitality experience Proven success managing teams and driving results Strong understanding of financial statements, labor control, and inventory Ability to inspire and motivate team members at all levels ServSafe certification is a plus
