Dietary Manager:
Plan, organize, supervise, and direct all administrative and operational activities of Timberland Village Food Services Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, evaluate, reward, discipline, and when necessary, terminate employees working in the Timberland Food Service department Develop work schedules to ensure adequate staff to cover each shift Oversee purchasing of food and supplies, food preparation, services, and storage of the TV kitchen, including monitoring the budget for cost-effectiveness What's required as a
Dietary Manager :
High School Diploma or equivalent Associate's degree in food service management preferred, of in hospitality Two or more years of experience in food service management.
