Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Clubhouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant club facility. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, engaging, and seamless experience for members and guests alike. As the heart of the club's hospitality and service excellence, the Clubhouse Manager will oversee staff supervision, event management, operational procedures, and guest services to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all clubhouse staff, including front-of-house teams, event coordinators, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment focused on exceptional service delivery. Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring smooth functioning of food and beverage services, event setups, and guest experiences. Manage event planning and execution, including private functions, tournaments, social gatherings, and community events, ensuring all details align with quality standards. Maintain operational management by overseeing budgets, cash handling procedures, inventory control, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency and profitability. Coordinate shift management duties to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours and special events while maintaining high customer service standards. Implement policies related to health and safety protocols such as First Aid and CPR certifications to guarantee a secure environment for staff and guests. Prepare detailed reports on club activities, event outcomes, financial performance, and operational issues to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in club management or hospitality roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience with event venue operations is highly desirable. Strong skills in team management, staff supervision, and managerial communication to motivate staff and enhance guest satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, scheduling, budgeting, and operational documentation. Extensive experience in events management with a focus on planning, coordinating logistics, and executing successful functions. Background in operations management within hospitality or resort environments; previous assistant manager or managerial decision-making experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest services excellence; ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Knowledge of restaurant or resort experience including shift management, cash handling procedures, and operational oversight.
