We are looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly & upbeat individuals who are up to the task! This is an hourly position with available OT and bonus earning potential. We offer a flexible schedule and two weeks paid vacation annually (total of 10 days, 5 days earned after the first 6 months). Enjoy discounts at Gilroy's and our family of businesses. We are looking to fulfill a full-time position with flexibility in the number of manager shifts being balanced with serving and/or bartending shifts. For example, the schedule may look like 3-4 shifts/week as a FOH manager and 1-2 shifts/week as a server/bartender. This schedule may vary from week to week depending on our business & scheduling needs. Management duties may include, but are not limited to, ensuring the overall success of shifts, directing & guiding staff to be their best, building relationships, creating a comfortable & inviting atmosphere, orchestrating special events, parties & reservations, creative marketing and social media, menu content contributions, inventory, safe food handling practice, responsible alcohol service, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of the property, scheduling, money handling, interviewing, hiring, training, & terminations.
