We are a healthy fast-food restaurant in Coeur d' Alene and we are looking for our next leader to grow with us. We serve protein bowls and salads for people looking for a healthier option on the go. Come be part of the growth! We are looking for a leader at the Coeur d'Alene store who prides themselves in customer service, readiness to learn, grow and serve. The assistant general manager position does have the luxury of a varied schedule of 4-10's or 5-8's.
Job duties and responsibility include:
Staff management Maintaining and improving the restaurant Providing above and beyond customer service Overseeing daily operations Ensure all employees live up to the company values
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience preferred 1+ years management preferred Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong communication skills High-energy and encouraging Wiliness to learn Compensation and benefits: Employee discounts Paid Training Room for growth within the company
