ASSISTANT OUTLETS MANAGER

Full Time - Starting at $45,000 + Potential for

Bonus Description :

Responsible for training, scheduling in the restaurant, overseeing functions of hourly personnel and assisting the Outlets Manager. Handle guest complaints and act as manager-on-duty. Investigate and report associate/guest accidents. Understand and operate property POS system. Assist other department managers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have 1 year supervisory experience in food & beverage or equivalent, good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, detailed and multi-task oriented. College degree preferred. Must be flexible in scheduling including nights, weekends, & holidays. Must be willing to work manager-on-duty shifts. Tips certification preferred.
