Job Description

Job Overview We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, smooth management of staff, and efficient food service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and has a strong background in restaurant management, with a keen eye for quality and hospitality excellence. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all departments. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage food costs effectively using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee POS system operations during shifts. Lead hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified staff members. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by supervising customer service efforts and resolving guest concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership, preferably within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and culinary operations. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams and managing shift operations effectively. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize food production processes. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and guests. Previous experience in food service management roles like assistant manager or team leader is a plus.
