Baker's Dozen is looking for an Assistant General Manager to run the show on our production floor in Idaho Falls. If you like the idea of leading a crew, keeping an old-fashioned bakery running like clockwork, and having real ownership over how the day starts, this is that job. This isn't a corner-office gig. You're in early, you're hands-on, and you're the one making sure the Spudnuts and everything else coming out of our ovens meets the standard our customers have trusted for years. This role has a real path to General Manager for the right person, we'd rather grow our next GM out of this seat than hire one in from outside.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Running daily production, donuts, bread, and pastries, start to finish.
• Building the weekly schedule and keeping the production floor staffed.
• Ordering ingredients and supplies, and keeping inventory tight.
• Hiring, training, and managing the production team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A valid Idaho food handler's permit (or you're ready to get one with in 30 days of hire).
• The willingness to be in between 1:00-2:00 AM, 5 days a week, mornings are early, but the days are yours after. Tuesday through Saturday.
• The stamina for a physical, on-your-feet job, and the reliability to run a shift with minimal oversight.
• Leadership, you can train someone up, and you can have the hard conversation when needed. DETAILS

• Reports to the General Manager.

• Pay:

  $42,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
• PTO.
