This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining food and service standards, assisting customers, monitoring supplies, and helping ensure efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills and is comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and customer-service activities. Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift. Support and guide kitchen, pizza, counter, and service team members. Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and customer-service standards. Assist with employee training, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching. Handle routine customer questions and service concerns professionally. Monitor food, beverage, packaging, and restaurant supply levels. Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies. Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen and service areas. Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists. Help maintain efficient order flow during busy restaurant periods. Communicate staffing, supply, and operational needs to management. Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, café, hospitality, or food-service experience. Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or restaurant management experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced restaurant. Good attention to food quality, cleanliness, and service details. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and restaurant operations is helpful.
