Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our hotel management team. This energetic leader will play a vital role in overseeing daily hotel operations, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the hotel's strategic goals by managing revenue and occupancy, supervising staff, and maintaining operational excellence to create a welcoming guest experience. Duties Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel functions, including front desk operations, housekeeping, guest services, and staff management. Lead and motivate the front desk and housekeeping team to achieve occupancy and ADR targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Manage daily operations such as shift changeovers, night audit oversight, cash handling, and property management system (PMS) transactions, including Choice's choice
