Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated General Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant team. This pivotal role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight to ensure exceptional food quality, outstanding customer service, and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and presentation Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to foster a positive team environment Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality specifications Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as
BRINK POS
; oversee cash handling procedures Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas Support shift management by coordinating schedules, overseeing customer service, and resolving operational issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings Strong background in kitchen management, food preparation, and culinary techniques Hands-on experience with POS systems including
BRINK POS
; proficient in cash handling procedures ​ Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training, team management, and interviewing skills Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling best practices Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on hospitality management and customer service excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency
