The restaurant is already open and enjoys steady customer traffic, particularly from Japanese and Asian communities. 【Essential Duties】 ・Manage daily restaurant operations (Front and Back of House) to ensure efficient workflow, food quality, and guest satisfaction. ・Supervise, train, and motivate a multicultural team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and accountability. ・Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including Japanese dining standards. ・Handle scheduling, labor management, and cost control to achieve operational and financial targets. ・Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining a high level of hospitality. ・Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food consistency, presentation, and portion standards. ・Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and vendor relationships. ・Ensure accuracy of POS transactions, daily sales reports, and financial reconciliations. ・Support promotional activities, loyalty programs, and community engagement to grow repeat business. ・Collaborate with ownership on process improvements and potential future branch expansion.
