Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Area Manager to lead a group of high-volume, fast-casual restaurants. If you know how to run great shifts, hit budget targets, and build strong teams, you'll fit right in. The Benefits $85k - $100k base salary (depending on experience). $500 monthly car allowance plus a company gas card. Company-provided phone and laptop. Solid path for career growth. What You'll Do Support and coach the General Managers in your patch. Keep an eye on the numbers—managing labor, food costs, and overall P&L. Ensure high standards for food quality and guest service across all locations. What We Need 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred). A leader who loves being in the restaurants developing talent, not just sitting in an office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
