About Sawa's Old Warsaw Sawa's Old Warsaw is a family-run Polish-American restaurant in Broadview, IL. Our kitchen makes everything from scratch every day: a lunch and dinner buffet, the best salad bar in town, and full banquet, event and catering service. We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run the floor and the team. What you will do

• Run daily front-of-house operations during lunch and dinner service
• Lead, schedule and train servers, bartenders, hosts and bussers
• Keep the buffet, salad bar and dining room to our standard of quality and cleanliness
• Coordinate banquets, private events and catering orders with the kitchen
• Handle guest questions and resolve issues on the spot
• Open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling and end-of-day reporting
• Work with ownership on staffing, costs and guest experience What we are looking for (preferred, not required)
• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
• A calm, organized leader who is comfortable on a busy floor
• Strong communication with guests and staff
• Availability for our service hours (Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 8pm) plus scheduled events Schedule and pay
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $50,000 to $60,000 per year Benefits
