Job Description
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will assist in leading a multi-million dollar business with operational and financial responsibility for an individual unit. Support the RGM to perform hands-on work to train employees, respond to guest needs and model appropriate behaviors within the restaurant. Provide the overall leadership; recognize and motivate all employees; coach and train the team for operational excellence. What else is in it for you? A lot!
