What you can expect We pay for results—and we're transparent about it. Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results) Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 - $82,000+ Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Rx insurance (eligible after 30 days) Retirement plan with company match Paid vacation and sick time Thanksgiving & Christmas OFF and PAID Free meals every shift Recognition programs, incentives, and performance contests This role is designed for operators who want ownership, accountability, and upside—not micromanagement.

Competitive base salary:

$62,000 - $70,000 What we expect from you This is not an entry-level position.

Required:
