Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain food quality standards, and drive overall business success. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Duties Supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead, motivate, and train staff to ensure top-tier customer service and efficient workflow Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transactions Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and sanitation Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team development Monitor shift schedules, manage labor costs, and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Expertise in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and food industry regulations Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management, training & development, and supervising hospitality teams Ability to analyze profit & loss statements and implement strategies for financial growth Exceptional communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and customer service excellence Background in managing catering events or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with bar or coffee service is advantageous Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will shape memorable dining experiences!
