Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the daily operations of our hotel. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about team development and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and revenue goals Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies Step in as acting General Manager in their absence Analyze reports and metrics to drive operational improvements Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hotel operations, systems, and financial reporting Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Marriott brand standards and systems Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to lead by example and motivate teams We're an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
