About Us:

Clearwave is expanding in the Chicago suburbs, including a new Downers Grove location. We're hiring a high-performing Assistant General Manager (AGM) now to strengthen our leadership team ahead of that growth.

No Wash Experience Required:

Our leaders work alongside their teams. We'll teach you the equipment, systems, and operation.

Multi-Site Exposure:

You'll begin training primarily at our Alsip location while gaining operational exposure across multiple Clearwave sites, teams, and leaders. Perform well as an AGM, learn our operating system, and demonstrate that you're ready for more. As Clearwave grows, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for future General Manager roles based on performance and business need. What You'll Do Lead from the

Front:

Work alongside your team on the floor to maintain speed, safety, service, and wash quality.

Coach & Develop:

Set clear expectations, give direct feedback, hold standards, and help team members grow.

Drive Performance:

Monitor site results, manage labor, protect equipment and company resources, and own customer resolution. Help Run the

Operation:

Support staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, site cleanliness, and day-to-day execution. What We're Looking For Experience leading people in a fast-paced environment such as retail, restaurants, automotive, hospitality, fitness, service, or trades Proven ability to coach employees, set expectations, and hold people accountable Strong ownership of business results and comfort making decisions under pressure Willingness to work alongside your team in an active, hands-on environment Ability to learn systems quickly and respond constructively to feedback Reliable transportation and full-time availability for multi-site, evening, and weekend work Working Environment This is an active, floor-based leadership role.
