Kitchen Manager - Obscurity Brewing & Craft BBQ Obscurity Brewing & Craft BBQ is seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and help drive the continued growth of our brewery and barbecue program. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in barbecue, kitchen operations, and menu development who is excited to collaborate with our brewing team to create unique food experiences inspired by craft beer. Responsibilities Oversee all daily kitchen operations and food production Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and labor efficiency Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Develop seasonal specials and creative menu offerings Collaborate with our brewers on beer-paired and beer-inspired menu items Contribute fresh ideas that enhance the guest experience and strengthen our brand Qualifications Previous kitchen management experience required Strong knowledge of barbecue techniques, smoking meats, and scratch cooking Proven experience with menu creation and recipe development Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for craft beer and food pairing concepts is highly preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within a growing hospitality group Employee discounts Creative freedom to develop menu items and specials A collaborative environment where culinary and brewing teams work together to create unique experiences At Obscurity Brewing & Craft BBQ, we believe great beer deserves great food.
