Do you enjoy leading teams through packed dining rooms, exciting game days, and busy nights while delivering exceptional hospitality? We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead operations across two thriving sports bar locations. This is more than managing shifts. It's about building great teams, developing future leaders, and creating an environment where guests come to cheer, celebrate, relax, and return again and again. Our restaurants are known for outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and an exciting sports bar experience. We need a leader who embraces the pace, inspires their team, and ensures every guest leaves with a memorable experience. What You'll Do Develop, coach, and mentor managers and team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Create an energetic, welcoming sports bar atmosphere where guests love to gather. Ensure exceptional execution of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hospitality. Analyze sales, labor, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses to drive profitability. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Lead by example during busy nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events. Maintain compliance with food safety, responsible alcohol service, and company standards. Partner closely with ownership and leadership to drive continuous improvement and long-term growth. What We're Looking For Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume restaurants. Experience leading multiple departments or supporting more than one location is a plus. A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, coaching in the moment, and developing others. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. The ability to prioritize, delegate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality, sports, and creating memorable guest experiences. Willingness to travel between two restaurant locations. What We Offer Competitive salary.
