Restaurant Manager at Evanston Corner Bistro 703 Church St, Evanston, IL (inside the Hilton Orrington) Evanston Corner Bistro just launched an elevated menu and an expanding wine program and we're looking for a Restaurant Manager who's led at the upscale or fine-dining level and knows how to make that show up on the floor every night. Evanston Corner Bistro sits in the heart of Evanston with a light-filled dining room, an expansive bar, private dining, and a covered outdoor terrace. What You'll Do Own the floor! Guest experience, product quality, cost control, profitability Elevate service to match our new menu and wine program: pacing, presentation, wine conversation, the works Coach and develop the team; deliver both recognition and accountability Track satisfaction trends and act on them Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol awareness standards Drive revenue through upselling, menu ideas, and cross-selling hotel-wide Recruit, interview, and train team members Own the numbers — forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis What You Bring 3-5+ years managing F&B operations, with real time in upscale or fine-dining rooms A refined eye for hospitality, you elevate standards, you don't just maintain them POS systems fluency, Excel/Office comfort Forecasting and budget experience ServSafe Manager, Allergen Manager, and BASSET certifications (or ability to obtain) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Flexible with weekends and holidays Why Join LM Family-owned, values-driven, sustainability, diversity, and equity lived daily, not just stated A team that pushes each other to be their best Medical, dental, vision PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with discretionary match Staff meals and dining perks across
