This pivotal role involves overseeing front of the house operations, driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to teach and engage with a team. As a Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive service environment while maintaining operational outcomes that exceed our guests expectations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ordering inventory.
