The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. The Head Chef will play a crucial role in ordering, inventory management, and staff training while upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance. Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute special events or functions. Monitor food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. Skills Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or catering environment.
