Compensation:

What You'll Do as
Assistant General Manager Lead & Inspire:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee property maintenance, landscaping, work areas, food and beverage, safety, and compliance; document and report to the General Manager as needed.
Financial Stewardship:
Maintain accurate financial records, understand P&L, and identify areas for operational improvement.
Team Development:
Motivate, influence, and coach staff to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high performance standards.
Guest Experience:
Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality.
Problem Solving:
Address escalated guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
What You'll Bring Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to set goals, motivate teams, and provide performance feedback.
Knowledge:
Understanding of P&L, revenue, and management principles.
