Job Description
Hannah House Child Development Center is seeking a dependable and organized Kitchen Manager/Cook to support meal preparation and food service at our planned new childcare location. Responsibilities Prepare and serve nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks. Follow approved menus, food safety procedures, and sanitation requirements. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and food storage areas. Track food supplies and assist with inventory and ordering. Accommodate documented food allergies and dietary requirements according to center policies. Maintain required food-service records. Qualifications Experience in institutional food service, childcare, or school kitchens preferred. Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation. Appropriate food-service certification required if designated as the center's certified food-service manager. Required background clearance and training.
