General Manager - Ziggi's Coffee (Marion, IL) Ziggi's Coffee is seeking a General Manager to join our team in Marion, Illinois. • Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude at all times Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store while creating an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. Responsibilities Maintain consistent communication with staff, the Leadership Team, and other designated company contacts
• Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and train team members
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities for all team members
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees
• Ensure exceptional customer service, outstanding drink and food quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed of service
• Place weekly vendor orders and manage inventory levels
• Prepare bank deposits
• Create and maintain employee schedules while adhering to labor budgets, staffing requirements, and operational needs
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product availability to meet company standards
• Ensure compliance with all health code and food safety requirements
• Manage inventory, including ordering, tracking, and shortage control
• Monitor and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including direct and indirect costs, variances, and controls
• Uphold all Ziggi's Coffee operational standards and procedures Position Requirements Full-time position
• Must work between 36 and 40 hours per week
• Must have open and flexible availability
• Willingness to work occasional holidays as needed
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day each week
• Willingness to work closing shifts on a regular basis
• Must be available to support store operations outside of scheduled shifts on designated responsibility days Compensation & Benefits Compensation (DOE): Hourly wage plus daily cash tips
