Job description Multi Unit Manager At Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, we live the Aloha Spirit and spread positivity through our food, our people, and our communities. We're looking for a multi unit manager to lead with heart, drive results, and grow our teams. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple restaurants. Build a strong bench of future leaders and foster an inclusive, positive team culture. Ensure operational excellence in hospitality, safety, and quality standards. Partner with Support Center and Field teams to implement training, marketing, and growth initiatives. Drive financial performance while honoring Hawaiian Bros mission of spreading positivity through the Aloha Spirit. What We're Looking For Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
