Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Bar Manager to our Golf Proshop Jackson County Country Club to oversee bar operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent service for our guests. The Bar Manager will be responsible for handling cash register, supervising the team, maintaining inventory, and supporting special events.
Key Responsiblilities:
Manage and oversee bar operations, including scheduling shifts and supervising the team. Handle cash register duties such as weekly deposits and processing invoices. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized. Coordinate with distributors and vendors for timely orders and deliveries. Oversee room rental events, scrambles, and other special activities. Review and organize mail and administrative documents. Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing training and support for staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple responsiblities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with financial reporting and inventory systems is a plus.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
